Ordering by Mail

To order your speaker parts and/or repairs by mail:

Determine the price for the repairs or replacements you need
Determine the return shipping charges (ask me or leave for me to calculate)
Print and fill out the order form / shipping label - use the "printer friendly" link at the bottom, and only print page one
Remove the old parts from your speaker - note which color wires go to which terminal
Package your parts carefully in a corrugated cardboard box with at least 3 inches of cushioning
Enclose a check or money order (made out to HUMAN Speakers), or MC/Visa/Discover information (# # # #, exp. date, CCV #))
Ship the package (freight prepaid) to:
