The HUMAN K-101 is a kit to build a ten-inch two-way speaker, similar to the Genesis Physics 110 or the EPI 120 (which had a few slightly different variations, all very similar, including the Time/Energy 120).
It is quite likely that both earlier products - the G110 and the EPI 120 - were built to compete head-to-head with the original large Advent speaker.
The crossover used by EPI is just a single ten microfarad capacitor (I'd recommend using a high quality film type capacitor) in series with the tweeter. The Genesis I used a 6.8 uF capacitor and a shunt coil of 0.63 mH, a "second order" network, intended to decrease the power "seen" by the tweeter below the roll off frequency. Since this comes with a penalty in the linearity of the phase response, I prefer to use the single capacitor design myself.
The K-101E is a special edition of this kit, intended for rebuilding a pair of EPI 120 speakers. The tweeter is built on a 5" diameter faceplate (the PRO 002 ME1), and the input terminal/crossover/wiring assembly is built on a board that is screwed inside the rectangular opening in the original cabinet (the ACC 004 A).
The K-101G is similarly a special version, intended for rebuilding the Genesis 110. The tweeter is built on a 4-7/8" square faceplate (the PRO 002 MG), and the input terminal/crossover/wiring assembly is built on a board that is screwed inside the rectangular opening in the original cabinet (the ACC 004 A).

My calculations based on measurements of the PRO 031 woofer show that a sealed box of about 1.2 cubic feet can be used very satisfactorily. The larger cabinets used in the above models would underdamp the low end a bit, but not radically so.
Stock bracing: None. I recommend adding at least one brace front to rear at the point between the woofer and tweeter cutouts.
Driver position: Offset from center of cabinet face, tweeter a different distance from the top than the sides, drivers as close together as practical.
